Do I pay to create an account?
No. Creating a learner account is free. You can watch the preview and try the calculation without a purchase. Sign in with ChatGPT to save notes and progress. Buying full access upgrades that same account.
How do I keep access after paying?
Begin checkout while signed in. After payment is confirmed, the full course opens on your personal learner account. Return to this site and use the same ChatGPT sign-in on any device. You do not need to purchase again. A different billing email does not change the account that receives access.
What is included in full access?
All 35 narrated lessons, English captions, lesson transcripts, authentic reference photographs, interactive activities, chapter questions and cumulative review. You can save your own lesson notes and mark lessons complete. Individual video and caption downloads are available within your account.
I paid, but the course is still locked.
Allow a few moments for payment confirmation, then refresh. Open My account and check the signed-in email. It must match the account used before checkout. If access is still missing, contact support with your receipt number and learner account email. Do not pay a second time just to resolve access.
Can I sign in without a paid ChatGPT subscription?
A paid ChatGPT subscription is not required for the course’s sign-in. Continue with your own ChatGPT account when prompted. Course purchases are separate from ChatGPT subscriptions.
Where are my receipts and notes?
Open My account for purchase receipts, your access status and a download of your saved study data. Notes are also available under each lesson. Marking a lesson complete records your progress; it does not certify competence.
The video is not playing or downloading.
Check your connection and refresh the lesson. Make sure you are signed in to the account that owns full access. Try one video download at a time. Captions can be toggled in the video player, and playback speed can be adjusted below it. If a problem continues, tell support the lesson title and the error shown.
How do refunds work?
If this course is not right for you, contact support within 5 days of purchase to request a refund. Include your receipt number and learner account email. Refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy. A refunded purchase no longer provides full-course access. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
