Your learning,
your information.
Your account
When you sign in with ChatGPT, MedLab Academy receives your site-specific account identity, email and available display name. These identify your learner account and associate notes, playback positions, completion history and course purchases with you. The site does not receive your ChatGPT password or conversation history.
Study information
Your notes, playback position and marked lessons are stored for your account so you can return on another device. Do not enter patient information, confidential laboratory records or another person’s personal data in your notes.
Purchases
Lemon Squeezy processes payments and supplies receipts. MedLab Academy stores purchase identifiers, account association, amount, currency, payment or refund status, purchase terms and receipt links to provide access and administer support. Card numbers are handled by the payment provider, not this website. Read the provider’s privacy and purchase terms at checkout.
Optional announcements
If you request an enrollment announcement, your account email and consent are recorded. This is optional and does not create a purchase.
Your choices
Use My account to download your study data or delete your notes, progress and announcement-list entry. Purchase and account records are retained separately for course access, transaction administration and applicable obligations. Contact support for other data requests.
Services that operate the course
The site uses its hosting and sign-in services to deliver pages, authenticate accounts and store learning records. Payment information is processed by Lemon Squeezy. No advertising trackers have been added.
